Article 1 – Acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions of sale are considered accepted and capable of producing effects from the moment in which the contract is signed, i.e. from the moment in which the purchase is made. The terms and conditions of sale cannot be negotiated, except in special cases that will be left to the discretion of the retailer.
Article 2 – Seller company
The company that sells and manages the e-commerce service is BNB ITALIA S.R.L., the only official retailer that is recognised and authorised to sell PRIMECOOK branded products worldwide. The company details are shown at the top of this page.
Article 3 – Payment methods
The customer can purchase the products on the www.prime-cook.it website using different forms of payment, as indicated on the “Payments and shipments” page.
Article 4 – Delivery times and methods
Deliveries are made throughout Europe via express courier. For more details, see “Payment and shipping”.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
You may exercise the right of withdrawal for all non-customised products within 14 days of receipt of the product. For more details, see “Right of withdrawal.”
Article 6 – Return of defective products
To return a defective product, send an email to email@example.com, specifying the order number, describing the defect and providing photo attachments. Once BNB ITALIA S.R.L. confirms the product defect, please return the product to its original packaging so that it can be handed to the courier. All shipping costs are borne by BNB ITALIA SRL
Once our technical office receives the product, it will be responsible for assessing whether or not a defect exists:
- If non-compliance is confirmed, the product will be replaced or repaired and returned to the sender at no cost within 7 days from the date of receipt
- If the product is compliant with the technical specifications, it will be sent back to the sender no later than 30 working days, provided that the payment has been received for reimbursement to be paid by the sender.
Article 7 – Warranty
The warranty starts from the product’s purchase date and is valid for 24 months. It covers all manufacturing defects. The warranty is not valid for damages resulting from improper use of the product or if the product falls and/or is subject to impact. Stains, darkening, loss of non-stick, marks and/or scratches of the inner and/or outer coating are excluded from the warranty.
Article 8 – Complaints
Any complaint must be addressed in writing to BNB ITALIA S.R.L. Via delle Ferriere 4 25068 Sarezzo (BS), Italy or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Article 9 – Competent court
This agreement is governed by Italian law. The user accepts that any claim or dispute against BNB ITALIA S.R.L. is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia.
