This is a safe, non-stick and non-toxic casserole pan obtained by cold pressing. It is a PTFE, PFOA and nickel- free product with a water-based and inorganic coating composed of mineral particles that make it extremely durable and ecological. It offers high resistance to scratches and cuts and excellent performance at temperatures of up to 400°. This Sauce Pot is suitable for all types of cooking: gas, induction, electric and ceramic hobs and ovens. Easy to clean, it can be washed by hand with hot water.
The riveted stainless steel handles with food grade silicone guarantee a stable grip without the risk of scalding.

Maintenance
First wash:
Before the first use, wash the pot with hot water and a small amount of soap (preferably mild), then dry it with a cloth or paper towel. After the first wash, it's necessary to oil the pot. Using a paper towel, spread a small amount of oil evenly over the entire surface, without rinsing afterward.
Cleaning:
For proper routine cleaning, after allowing them to cool, wash the pans by hand with hot water, dry them with paper towels, and store. Use a small amount of detergent if needed. We recommend avoiding the dishwasher, as harsh detergents can damage the nonstick coating.
Maintenance:
To ensure long-lasting performance and maximum safety during cooking, avoid using abrasive sponges and use only wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils. Additionally, repeat the oiling process every 3–4 months (see first point).
