Absolutely. The Ecoshield non-stick coating is suitable for cooking at high temperatures and browns food very well, which is an essential aspect when deep frying. Our cookware is designed to operate safely by minimizing the tendency of oil and liquids to splash upwards.
Numerous tests have shown that the use of aggressive detergents can ruin the non-stick coating. Therefore, we suggest washing by hand with warm water and using paper towels to dry. This will ensure a longer service life for the non-stick coating.
