Payment methods

If any additional costs apply due to a specific payment method, they will be explicitly highlighted during the purchase procedure.

Shipping costs and times

We deliver throughout Europe and USA via express courier.
Shipping costs and times:

 Express Shipping (1-2 business days): 22 €
Standard Shipping (4-5 business days): 12,50 €

It is possibile to send to other countries not on the list by writing a request to support@prime-cook.it


Orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the moment in which the order is received. This also includes pan personalization requests. 

Estimated delivery time depend on the method selected when ordering. The delivery times indicated by the courier are indicative and change depending on the reference area, the nearest office, and any strikes and/or protests. The aforementioned timings may vary for underprivileged or difficult-to-reach places, or due to unforeseeable circumstances.
During the some evening of the shipment, the parcel tracking number will be emailed to the user.
The delivery address cannot be changed after the order if the courier does not allow it.
Please refuse the delivery if the package is damaged. Accepting damaged packages frees the seller of any liability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Within the European Union (EU), goods travel under the "FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS" regime.

PRODUCTS SOLD INCLUDE ITALIAN VAT.

For countries OUTSIDE THE EEC and other places such as the Canary Islands/Channel Islands or others, goods may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes of the destination country (e.g., charges for customs inspections, charges for health inspector checks, etc.) -

THESE COSTS (if any) WILL BE BORNE ENTIRELY BY THE RECIPIENT as the importer of said goods.

For Business-to-Consumer (B2C) orders, we assume that all products are for personal use only and not for resale.
The goods will therefore be shipped as “personal property - products for personal use - NOT FOR RESALE”.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Personal goods are normally exempt from duties, except for Japan, China, Korea, and Egypt. However, if the customs authority inspects the parcel, the customs office may charge an additional fee for the IMPORT procedure.

Any additional taxes or fees will be charged to the importer. This is standard procedure for imports and importation.

It is not possible to provide an estimate for customs duties/ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES that may be levied by the competent customs office.

Should these costs be incurred, they must be covered and paid in full by the importer.


Any storage costs/customs fees/health control duties/inspection fees must be covered and paid in full by the customer.
