Article 1 - Sales conditions acceptance
The following sales conditions are considered accepted and capable of producing effects from the moment in which the contract is signed, i.e., from the moment in which the purchase is made. The sales conditions cannot be negotiated, except in special cases that will be left to the discretion of the retailer.

Article 2 - Seller company
The company that sells and manages the e-commerce service is BNB ITALIA S.R.L., the only official reseller that is recognized and authorized to sell PRIMECOOK brandname products worldwide. Company details are shown at the top of this page.

Articolo 3 – Prices
All prices shown on the website www.prime-cook.it include 22% VAT according to the current tax legislation in Italy.

Articolo 4 - Payment methods
The customer can purchase the products on the website www.prime-cook.it using different payment methods, as indicated on the "Payments and shipments" page.

Articolo 5 – Delivery methods and times
Deliveries are made throughout Europe via express courier. For more details, see "Payment and shipping."

Articolo 6 – Right of withdrawal
It is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for all non-personalized products within 14 days of receipt of the product. For more details, see "Right of withdrawal."

Articolo 7 – Defective product return
To return a defective product, send an email to support@prime-cook.it, specifying the order number, describing the defect, and providing photo attachments. After receiving product liability acknowledgement by BNB ITALIA S.R.L., please return the product to its original packaging so that it can be handed to the courier. All shipping costs shall be borne by BNB ITALIA S.R.L.
Once our technical office receives the product, it will be in charge of assessing whether or not a defect occurred:
A. If a defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced or repaired and returned to the sender at no cost within 7 days from the date of receipt;
B. If the product is compliant with its technical specifications, then it will be sent back to the sender within 30 working days, after receiving reimbursement for the delivery charges from the sender.

Articolo 8 – Warranty
The warranty starts from the product's purchase date and is valid for 24 months. It covers all manufacturing defects. The warranty is not valid for damages resulting from improper use of the product or if the product falls and/or is subject to impact. Stains, darkening, loss of nonstick, marks and/or scratches of the inner and/or outer coating are excluded from the warranty.

Articolo 10 – Competent court
This agreement is governed by Italian law. The user accepts that any claim or dispute against BNB ITALIA S.R.L. is the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia.
