Now, let's get it on the grill! Prepare the barbecue for indirect cooking on Low&Slow, possibly with the charcoal arranged in a snake. Remember that cooking pulled pork does not require excessive temperatures: the ideal temperature is between 212°F and 266°F.
Smoking in the first part of cooking is also very important: a light smoke takes about an hour; otherwise, continue for 3 hours. Choose aromatic wood carefully: cherry or apple wood is ideal.
Once the BBQ is stabilized, place the pulled pork on the grill.
Serve in a sandwich with barbecue sauce and coleslaw... and you're done!
