The Vittoria is the most complete Primecook set for your kitchen and consists of non-stick frying pans, pots and baking trays in the Smeralda line, that include the new ECOSHIELD coating, free from PTFE, PFOA and NICKEL, which allows you to enhance the flavour of foods while reducing the use of oils or fats during cooking – 100% NON-TOXIC, highly resistant to scratches and cuts, ensuring excellent performance even at high temperatures, without any smoking.
The PRIMECOOK pots are compatible with all cooking surfaces: induction, gas, electric, glass-ceramic and ovens (up to 230 °C). The rectangular baking trays and cake tin are compatible with, and ideal for, any type of oven except microwaves.
Easy and quick to clean, all the Smeralda pots are made from 100% recyclable cold-stamped aluminium and have an ergonomic, riveted stainless steel handle that guarantees a stable and durable grip and eliminates the risk of burns.
The three lids include a practical ladle-rest handle to hold kitchen utensils while you are cooking, helping you to keep work surfaces clean.
The 9 must-have ladles in the kitchen are made from 100% recyclable nylon, specially designed to avoid scratching non-stick coating.
All products are designed and manufactured entirely in Italy.
Maintenance
First wash:
Before the first use, wash the pot with hot water and a small amount of soap (preferably mild), then dry it with a cloth or paper towel. After the first wash, it's necessary to oil the pot. Using a paper towel, spread a small amount of oil evenly over the entire surface, without rinsing afterward.
Cleaning:
For proper routine cleaning, after allowing them to cool, wash the pans by hand with hot water, dry them with paper towels, and store. Use a small amount of detergent if needed. We recommend avoiding the dishwasher, as harsh detergents can damage the nonstick coating.
Maintenance:
To ensure long-lasting performance and maximum safety during cooking, avoid using abrasive sponges and use only wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils. Additionally, repeat the oiling process every 3–4 months (see first point).
